Dream Cognitive Behavioural Therapy

I am a friendly and professional person who is passionate about helping people recover from difficult situations or emotional trauma. I find it extremely rewarding in providing people with the emotional tools to reach their full potential and happiness, that will carry them through the rest of their lives.  

My DREAM was to be a hairdresser, as I enjoyed being creative and making people feel good.  Unfortunately due to dermatitis on my hands, I had to give this dream up, but I wanted to continue helping others.  After 5 years within a business environment, I moved into volunteering, helping at schools and fundraising.  I was a member of a board for the "Make a Wish Charity" (children with a life threatening illness).  Following this I volunteered to support victims of crime.  This lead to me gaining full time employment as a Restorative Justice Specialist within the Police Force.

I then further developed my skills by completing a Psychology Course and achieved my Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.

I have always followed my "Dream" and my heart.  

My drive, passion and joy is seeing people follow their own DREAM of happiness and success.

I am a fully trained and qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist having many years experience of therapy with Private Individuals, Couples, Schools and Businesses. I also have a wealth of experience gained within the criminal justice system offering Victim Support and as a Restorative Justice Practitioner.

Dream CBT offer individual and group presentations and training, in order to provide emotional tools related to stress, anxiety, depression, bullying, self-harm and suicidal thoughts.

I am here to offer advice and support in order to resolve conflicts using the restorative approach.  I have a wealth of experience within the business and teaching environment.
